2And they spakeוַיְדַבְּר֨וּvay.da.be.RuH1696unto them at Shilohבְּשִׁלֹ֗הbe.shi.LohH7887in the landבְּאֶ֤רֶץbe.'E.retzH776of Canaanכְּנַ֙עַן֙ke.Na.'anH3667,sayingלֵאמֹ֔רle.MorH559,The Lordיְהוָה֙Yah.wehH3068commandedצִוָּ֣הtzi.VahH6680by the handבְיַד־ve.yad-H3027of Mosesמֹשֶׁ֔הmo.ShehH4872to giveלָֽתֶת־la.tet-H5414us citiesעָרִ֖ים'a.RimH5892to dwell inלָשָׁ֑בֶתla.Sha.vetH3427,with the suburbsוּמִגְרְשֵׁיהֶ֖ןu.mig.re.shei.HenH4054thereof for our cattleלִבְהֶמְתֵּֽנוּ׃liv.hem.Te.nuH929.

3And the childrenבְנֵי־ve.nei-H1121of Israelיִשְׂרָאֵ֧לYis.ra.'ElH3478gaveוַיִּתְּנ֨וּvai.yi.te.NuH5414unto the Levitesלַלְוִיִּ֛םlal.vi.YimH3881out of their inheritanceמִנַּחֲלָתָ֖םmi.na.cha.la.TamH5159,at the commandmentפִּ֣יpiH6310of the Lordיְהוָ֑הYah.wehH3068,these citiesהֶעָרִ֥יםhe.'a.RimH5892and their suburbsמִגְרְשֵׁיהֶֽן׃mig.re.shei.HenH4054.

4And the lotהַגּוֹרָ֖לha.go.RalH1486came outוַיֵּצֵ֥אvai.ye.Tze'H3318for the familiesלְמִשְׁפְּחֹ֣תle.mish.pe.ChotH4940of the Kohathitesהַקְּהָתִ֑יha.ke.ha.TiH6956:and the childrenלִבְנֵי֩liv.NeiH1121of Aaronאַהֲרֹ֨ן'a.ha.RonH175the priestהַכֹּהֵ֜ןha.ko.HenH3548, which wereof the Levitesהַלְוִיִּ֗םhal.vi.YimH3881,had by lotבַּגּוֹרָ֔לba.go.RalH1486out of the tribeמִמַּטֵּ֣הmi.ma.TehH4294of Judahיְ֠הוּדָהYe.hu.dahH3063,and out of the tribeוּמִמַּטֵּ֨הu.mi.ma.TehH4294of Simeonהַשִּׁמְעֹנִ֜יha.shim.'o.NiH8099,and out of the tribeוּמִמַּטֵּ֤הu.mi.ma.TehH4294of Benjaminבִנְיָמִן֙vin.ya.MinH1144,thirteenשְׁלֹ֥שׁ עֶשְׂרֵֽה׃ סshe.Losh 'es.RehH6240 H7969citiesעָרִ֖ים'a.RimH5892.

10Which the childrenלִבְנֵ֣יliv.NeiH1121of Aaronאַהֲרֹ֔ן'a.ha.RonH175, beingof the familiesמִמִּשְׁפְּח֥וֹתmi.mish.pe.ChotH4940of the Kohathitesהַקְּהָתִ֖יha.ke.ha.TiH6956, who wereof the childrenמִבְּנֵ֣יmi.be.NeiH1121of Leviלֵוִ֑יle.ViH3878,had: for theirs was the firstרִיאשֹׁנָֽה׃ri.sho.NahH7223lotהַגּוֹרָ֖לha.go.RalH1486.

11And they gaveוַיִּתְּנ֨וּvai.yi.te.NuH5414them the cityH7151of ArbaH7153 H704the fatherאֲבִ֧י'a.ViH1of Anakהָֽעֲנ֛וֹקha.'a.NokH6061, which city isHebronחֶבְר֖וֹןchev.RonH2275,in the hillבְּהַ֣רbe.HarH2022countryof Judahיְהוּדָ֑הye.hu.DahH3063,with the suburbsמִגְרָשֶׁ֖הָmig.ra.She.haH4054thereof round aboutסְבִיבֹתֶֽיהָ׃se.vi.vo.Tei.haH5439it.

12But the fieldsשְׂדֵ֥הse.DehH7704of the cityהָעִ֖ירha.'IrH5892,and the villagesחֲצֵרֶ֑יהָcha.tze.Rei.haH2691thereof, gaveנָֽתְנ֛וּna.te.NuH5414they to Calebלְכָלֵ֥בle.kha.LevH3612the sonבֶּן־ben-H1121of Jephunnehיְפֻנֶּ֖הye.fu.NehH3312for his possessionבַּאֲחֻזָּתֽוֹ׃ סba.'a.chu.za.ToH272.

13Thus they gaveנָֽתְנוּ֙na.te.NuH5414to the childrenוְלִבְנֵ֣י׀ve.liv.NeiH1121of Aaronאַהֲרֹ֣ן'a.ha.RonH175the priestהַכֹּהֵ֗ןha.ko.HenH3548Hebronחֶבְר֖וֹןchev.RonH2275with her suburbsמִגְרָשֶׁ֑הָmig.ra.She.haH4054, to bea cityעִיר֙'irH5892of refugeמִקְלַ֣טmik.LatH4733for the slayerהָרֹצֵ֔חַha.ro.Tze.achH7523;and Libnahלִבְנָ֖הliv.NahH3841with her suburbsמִגְרָשֶֽׁהָ׃mig.ra.She.haH4054,
