13Thus wast thou deckedוַתַּעְדִּ֞יva.ta'.DiH5710with goldזָהָ֣בza.HavH2091and silverוָכֶ֗סֶףva.Khe.sefH3701;and thy raimentוּמַלְבּוּשֵׁךְ֙u.mal.bu.sheKhH4403was offine linenשֵׁ֤שׁshe.shiH8336,and silkוָמֶ֙שִׁי֙va.Me.shiH4897,and broidered workוְרִקְמָ֔הve.rik.MahH7553;thou didst eatאָכָ֑לְתְּ'a.khal.tiH398fine flourסֹ֧לֶתSo.letH5560,and honeyוּדְבַ֛שׁu.de.VashH1706,and oilוָשֶׁ֖מֶןva.She.menH8081:and thou wast exceedingH3966beautifulוַתִּ֙יפִי֙va.Ti.fiH3302,and thou didst prosperוַֽתִּצְלְחִ֖יva.titz.le.ChiH6743into a kingdomלִמְלוּכָֽה׃lim.lu.KhahH4410.

14And thy renownשֵׁ֛םshemH8034went forthוַיֵּ֨צֵאvai.Ye.tze'H3318among the heathenבַּגּוֹיִ֖םba.go.YimH1471for thy beautyבְּיָפְיֵ֑ךְbe.ya.fe.YekhH3308: for it wasperfectכָּלִ֣ילka.LilH3632through my comelinessבַּֽהֲדָרִי֙ba.ha.da.RiH1926,which I had putשַׂ֣מְתִּיSam.tiH7760upon thee, saithנְאֻ֖םne.'UmH5002the Lordאֲדֹנָ֥י'a.do.NaiH136Godיְהוִֽה׃Yah.wehH3069.

15But thou didst trustוַתִּבְטְחִ֣יva.tiv.te.ChiH982in thine own beautyבְיָפְיֵ֔ךְve.ya.fe.YekhH3308,and playedst the harlotוַתִּזְנִ֖יva.tiz.NiH2181because of thy renownשְׁמֵ֑ךְshe.MekhH8034,and pouredst outוַתִּשְׁפְּכִ֧יva.tish.pe.KhiH8210thy fornicationsתַּזְנוּתַ֛יִךְtaz.nu.Ta.yikhH8457on every one that passed byעוֹבֵ֖רo.VerH5674; his it was.

16And of thy garmentsמִבְּגָדַ֗יִךְmi.be.ga.Da.yikhH899thou didst takeוַתִּקְחִ֣יva.tik.ChiH3947,and deckedstוַתַּֽעֲשִׂי־va.ta.'a.si-H6213thy high placesבָּמ֣וֹתba.MotH1116with divers coloursטְלֻא֔וֹתte.lu.'otH2921,and playedst the harlotוַתִּזְנִ֖יva.tiz.NiH2181thereupon: the like thingsshall not comeבָא֖וֹתva.'otH935, neither shall it be so.
