24And he boughtוַיִּ֜קֶןvai.Yi.kenH7069the hillהָהָ֥רha.HarH2022Samariaשֹׁמְר֛וֹןsho.me.RonH8111of Shemerשֶׁ֖מֶרShe.merH8106for two talentsבְּכִכְּרַ֣יִםbe.khi.ke.Ra.yimH3603of silverכָּ֑סֶףKa.sefH3701,and builtוַיִּ֙בֶן֙vai.Yi.venH1129on the hillהָהָ֔רha.HarH2022,and calledוַיִּקְרָ֗אvai.yik.Ra'H7121the nameשֵׁ֤םshemH8034of the cityהָעִיר֙ha.'IrH5892which he builtבָּנָ֔הba.NahH1129,after the nameשֶׁם־shem-H8034of Shemerשֶׁ֔מֶרShe.merH8106,ownerאֲדֹנֵ֖י'a.do.NeiH113of the hillהָהָ֥רha.HarH2022,Samariaשֹׁמְרֽוֹן׃sho.me.RonH8111.

25But Omriעָמְרִ֛י'a.me.RiH6018wroughtוַיַּעֲשֶׂ֥הvai.ya.'a.SehH6213evilהָרַ֖עha.Ra'H7451in the eyesבְּעֵינֵ֣יbe.'ei.NeiH5869of the Lordיְהוָ֑הYah.wehH3068,and did worseוַיָּ֕רַעvai.Ya.ra'H7489than all that werebeforeלְפָנָֽיו׃le.fa.NavH6440him.
