Micah 7:1-7
ForH3588 I amH1961 like one gatheringH625 summer fruitH7019at the gleaningH5955 of the vineyardH1210;thereH369 is no clusterH811 to eatH398,no early figH1063 that IH5315 craveH183.2The godlyH2623 man has perishedH6 fromH4480 the earthH776;there is noH369 one uprightH3477 among menH120.They allH3605 lie in waitH693 for bloodH1818;they huntH6679 oneH376 anotherH251 with a netH2764.3Both handsH3709 are skilledH3190 at evilH7451;the princeH8269 and the judgeH8199 demandH7592 a bribeH7966.When the powerfulH1419 uttersH1696 hisH1931 evilH1942 desireH5315,they all conspire togetherH5686.4The best of themH2896 is like a brierH2312;the most uprightH3477 is sharper than a hedge of thornsH4534.The dayH3117 for your watchmenH6822 has comeH935,the day of your visitationH6486.1NowH6258 isH1961 the time of their confusionH3998.5Do notH408 relyH539 on a friendH7453;do notH408 trustH982 in a companionH441.SealH8104 the doorsH6607 of your mouthH6310from her who liesH7901 in your armsH2436.26ForH3588 a sonH1121 dishonorsH5034 his fatherH1,a daughterH1323 risesH6965 against her motherH517,and a daughter-in-lawH3618 against her mother-in-lawH2545.A man’sH376 enemiesH341 are the membersH582of his own householdH1004.3
7But as for meH589, I will lookH6822 to the LORDH3068;I will waitH3176 for the GodH430 of my salvationH3468.My GodH430 will hear meH8085.
