Micah 2:1-5
1WoeH1945 to those who deviseH2803 iniquityH205 and plotH6466 evilH7451 onH5921 their bedsH4904! At morning’sH1242 lightH216 they accomplish itH6213 becauseH3588 the powerH410 isH3426 in their handsH3027.2They covetH2530 fieldsH7704 and seize themH1497; they take awayH5375 housesH1004. They depriveH6231 a manH1397 of his homeH1004, a fellow manH376 of his inheritanceH5159.
3ThereforeH3651 this is whatH3541 the LORDH3068H2005 saysH559:
“I am planningH2803 againstH5921 thisH2063 nationH4940 a disasterH7451fromH8033 whichH834 you cannotH3808 freeH4185 your necksH6677.Then you will notH3808 walkH1980 so proudlyH7317,forH3588 itH1931 will be a timeH6256 of calamityH7451.4In thatH1931 dayH3117 they will take upH5375 a proverbH4912 against youH5921and taunt youH5091 with this bitterH1961 lamentationH5092:‘We are utterly ruinedH7703!He has changedH4171 the portionH2506 of my peopleH5971.HowH349 He has removedH4185 it from me!He has allottedH2505 our fieldsH7704 to traitorsH7728.’”
5ThereforeH3651, you will haveH1961 no oneH3808 in the assemblyH6951 of the LORDH3068to divideH7993 the landH2256 by lotH1486.
