Judges 7:2-9

And the LORDH3068 saidH559 unto GideonH1439, The peopleH5971 that are with thee are tooH5921 manyH7227 for meH413 to giveH5414 the MidianitesH4080 intoH413 their handH3027, lestH6435 IsraelH3478 vauntH559 themselvesH5921 againstH5921 meH413, sayingH559, Mine own handH3027 hath savedH3467 meH413.

NowH6258 therefore goH7725 to, proclaimH7121 in the earsH241 of the peopleH5971, sayingH559, Whosoever is fearful and trembling, letH4994 him returnH7725 and departH6852 from mountH2022 GileadH1568. And there returnedH7725 of the peopleH5971 twentyH6242 and twoH8147 thousandH505; and there remainedH7604 tenH6235 thousandH505.

And the LORDH3068 saidH559 unto GideonH1439, The peopleH5971 are yet tooH7227 manyH7227; bringH3381 them downH3381 unto the waterH4325, and I will try them for thee there: and it shall be, that of whomH834 I sayH559 unto thee, This shall goH3381 with thee, the sameH1931 shall goH3381 with thee; and of whomsoever I sayH559 unto thee, This shall notH3808 goH3381 with thee, the sameH1931 shall notH3808 goH3381.

SoH4480 he broughtH3381 downH3381 the peopleH5971 unto the waterH4325: and the LORDH3068 saidH559 unto GideonH1439, EveryH3605 one that lappeth of the waterH4325 with his tongueH3956, as a dogH3611 lappeth, him shalt thou setH3322 by himselfH905; likewise everyH3605 one that boweth downH3381 uponH5921 his kneesH1290 to drinkH8354.

And the numberH4557 of them that lappedH3952, putting their handH3027 to their mouthH6310, was threeH7969 hundredH3967 menH376: but allH3605 the restH3499 of the peopleH5971 bowedH3766 downH3766 uponH5921 their kneesH1290 to drinkH8354 waterH4325.

And the LORDH3068 saidH559 unto GideonH1439, By the threeH7969 hundredH3967 menH376 that lappedH3952 will I saveH3467 youH5414, and deliverH3467 the MidianitesH4080 intoH413 thine handH3027: and letH5414 allH3605 the peopleH5971 go everyH3605 manH376 unto his placeH4725.

SoH3947 the peopleH5971 tookH3947 victuals in their handH3027, and their trumpetsH7782: and he sentH7971 allH3605 the menH376 of IsraelH3478 everyH3605 manH376 unto his tentH168, but retainedH2388 the threeH7969 hundredH3967 menH376: and the campH4264 of MidianH4080 was beneathH8478 him in the valleyH6010.

And it cameH1961 to passH1961 the sameH1931 nightH3915, that the LORDH3068 saidH559 unto him, AriseH6965, getH6965 thee downH3381 intoH413 the campH4264; for I have deliveredH5414 it intoH413 thine handH3027.
