Revised Version 1895
Judges 16:26-30
26and SamsonH8123 saidH559 unto the ladH5288 that heldH2388 him by the handH3027, SufferH1004 meH413 that I may feelH3559 the pillarsH5982 whereupon the houseH1004 resteth, that I may leanH8172 uponH5921 them.
27NowH802 the houseH1004 was fullH4390 of menH376 and womenH802; and allH3605 the lordsH5633 of the PhilistinesH6430 were there; and there were uponH5921 the roofH1406 aboutH5921 threeH7969 thousandH505 menH376 and womenH802, that beheld whileH5921 SamsonH8123 madeH3605 sportH7832.
28And SamsonH8123 calledH7121 unto the LORDH3068, and saidH559, O LordH3068 GODH430, rememberH2142 member meH413, I prayH4994 thee, and strengthenH2388 meH413, I prayH4994 thee, onlyH389 this onceH259, O GodH430, that I may be at onceH259 avengedH5358 of the PhilistinesH6430 for my twoH8147 eyesH5869.
29And SamsonH8123 tookH853 holdH1004 of the twoH8147 middleH8432 pillarsH5982 uponH5921 whichH834 the houseH1004 restedH3559, and leanedH5564 uponH5921 them, the one with his rightH3225 handH3225, and the otherH259 with his leftH8040.
30And SamsonH8123 saidH559, LetH1961 meH5315 dieH4191 with the PhilistinesH6430. And he bowedH5186 himselfH5315 with allH3605 his might; and the houseH1004 fellH5307 uponH5921 the lordsH5633, and uponH5921 allH3605 the peopleH5971 that were therein. SoH1961 the deadH4191 whichH834 he slew at his deathH4191 were moreH5921 thanH5921 they whichH834 he slew in his lifeH5315.
