Philippians 1:19-24

19for I know that this will turn out for my 1deliverance 2through your 3prayers and the provision of 4the Spirit of Jesus Christ,

20according to my 5earnest expectation and 6hope, that I will not be put to shame in anything, but that with 7all boldness, Christ will even now, as always, be 8exalted in my body, 9whether by life or by death.

21For to me, 10to live is Christ and to die is gain.

2211But if I am to live on in the flesh, this will mean 12fruitful labor for me; and I do not know 13which to choose.

23But I am hard-pressed from both directions, having the 14desire to depart and 15be with Christ, for that is very much better;

24yet to remain on in the flesh is more necessary for your sake.
