Philippians 1:12-16
12Now I want you to know, brethren, that my circumstances 1have turned out for the greater progress of the 2gospel,
13so that my 34imprisonment in the cause of Christ has become well known throughout the whole 5praetorian guard and to 6everyone else,
14and that most of the 7brethren, trusting in the Lord because of my 89imprisonment, have 10far more courage to speak the word of God without fear.
1511Some, to be sure, are preaching Christ even 12from envy and strife, but some also 13from good will;
16the latter do it out of love, knowing that I am appointed for the defense of the 14gospel;
