Nahum 3:8-10
8Are you better than 12No-amon, Which was situated by the 3waters of the Nile, With water surrounding her, Whose rampart was 4the sea, Whose wall consisted of 5the sea?96Ethiopia was her might, And Egypt too, without limits. 7Put and 8Lubim were among 9her helpers.10Yet she 10became an exile, She went into captivity; Also her 11small children were dashed to pieces 12At the head of every street; They 13cast lots for her honorable men, And all her great men were bound with fetters.
