Malachi 2:7-9
7For the lips of a priest should preserve 1knowledge, and 2men should 3seek 4instruction from his mouth; for he is the 5messenger of the Lord of hosts. 8But as for you, you have turned aside from the way; you have caused many to 6stumble 7by the instruction; you have 89corrupted the covenant of Levi,” says the Lord of hosts. 9“So 10I also have made you despised and 11abased 12before all the people, just as you are not keeping My ways but are showing 13partiality in the 14instruction.
