Lamentations 3:33-38
33For He 1does not afflict 2willingly Or grieve the sons of men.34To crush under His feet All the prisoners of the 3land,35To 4deprive a man of 5justice In the presence of the Most High,36To 67defraud a man in his lawsuit-- Of these things the Lord does not 8approve.37Who is 9there who speaks and it 10comes to pass, Unless the Lord has commanded it?38Is it not from the mouth of the Most High That 1112both good and ill go forth?
