Hosea 6:1-7
1“1Come, let us return to the Lord. For 2He has torn us, but 3He will heal us; He has 4wounded us, but He will 5bandage us.2He will 6revive us after two days; He will 7raise us up on the third day, That we may live before Him.3So let us 8know, let us press on to know the Lord. His 9going forth is as certain as the dawn; And He will come to us like the 10rain, Like the spring rain watering the earth.”
4What shall I do with you, O 11Ephraim? What shall I do with you, O Judah? For your 12loyalty is like a 13morning cloud And like the dew which goes away early.5Therefore I have 14hewn them in pieces by the prophets; I have slain them by the 15words of My mouth; And the judgments on you are like the light that goes forth.6For 16I delight in loyalty 17rather than sacrifice, And in the knowledge of God rather than burnt offerings.7But 18like 19Adam they have 20transgressed the covenant; There they have 21dealt treacherously against Me.
