Hosea 2:18-23

18In that day I will also make a covenant for them With the 1beasts of the field, The birds of the sky And the creeping things of the ground. And I will 2 3abolish the bow, the sword and war from the land, And will make them 4lie down in safety.19I will 5betroth you to Me forever; Yes, I will betroth you to Me in 6righteousness and in justice, In lovingkindness and in compassion,20And I will betroth you to Me in faithfulness. Then you will 7know the Lord.

21“It will come about in that day that 8I will respond,” declares the Lord. “I will respond to the heavens, and they will respond to the earth,22And the 9earth will respond to the grain, to the new wine and to the oil, And they will respond to 10Jezreel.23I will 11sow her for Myself in the land. 12I will also have compassion on 13her who had not obtained compassion, And 14I will say to 15those who were 16not My people, ‘You are My people!’ And 17they will say, ‘You are my God!’”
