Hosea 13:5-8
5I 12cared for you in the wilderness, 3In the land of drought.6As they had their pasture, they became 4satisfied, And being satisfied, their 5heart became proud; Therefore they 6forgot Me.7So I will be 7like a lion to them; Like a 8leopard I will 9lie in wait by the wayside.8I will encounter them 10like a bear robbed of her cubs, And I will tear open 11their chests; There I will also 12devour them like a lioness, As a wild beast would tear them.
