Hosea 11:8-9
81How can I give you up, O Ephraim? How can I surrender you, O Israel? How can I 2make you like 3Admah? How can I treat you like 4Zeboiim? My heart is turned over within Me, 5All My compassions are kindled.9I will 6not execute My fierce anger; I will not destroy Ephraim 7again. For 8I am God and not man, the 9Holy One in your midst, And I will not come in 10wrath.
