Ezekiel 40:44-46
44From the outside to the 1inner gate were 23chambers for the 4singers in the inner court, one of which was at the 5side of the north gate, with 6its front toward the south, and one at the 7side of the 8south gate facing toward the north.
45He said to me, “This is the 9chamber which faces toward the south, intended for the priests who 10keep charge of the 11temple;
46but the 12chamber which faces toward the north is for the priests who 13keep charge of the altar. These are the 14sons of Zadok, who from the sons of Levi 15come near to the Lord to minister to Him.”
