Ezekiel 19:11-14

11And it had 12strong branches fit for scepters of rulers, And its 3height was raised above the clouds So that it was seen in its height with the mass of its branches.12But it was 4plucked up in fury; It was 5cast down to the ground; And the 6east wind dried up its fruit. Its 78strong branch 9was torn off So that 10it withered; The fire consumed it.13And now it is planted in the 11wilderness, In a dry and thirsty land.14And 12fire has gone out from its branch; It has consumed its shoots and fruit, So that there is not in it a 13strong branch, A scepter to rule.’” This is a lamentation, and has become a lamentation.
