Deuteronomy 32:40-43
40Indeed, 1I lift up My hand to heaven, And say, as I live forever,412If I sharpen My 3flashing sword, And My hand takes hold on justice, 4I will render vengeance on My adversaries, And I will repay those who hate Me.425I will make My arrows drunk with blood, 6And My sword will devour flesh, With the blood of the slain and the captives, From the long-haired 7leaders of the enemy.’438Rejoice, O nations, with His people; 9For He will avenge the blood of His servants, 10And will render vengeance on His adversaries, 11And will atone for His land and His people.”
