Colossians 1:2-8

2To the 1 2saints and faithful brethren in Christ who are at Colossae: 3Grace to you and peace from God our Father.

3 4We give thanks to God, 5the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, praying always for you, 4 6since we heard of your faith in Christ Jesus and the 7love which you have 8for 9all the 10saints; 5because of the 11hope 12laid up for you in 13heaven, of which you previously 14heard in the word of truth, 15the gospel 6which has come to you, just as 16 17in all the world also it is constantly bearing 18fruit and 19increasing, even as it has been doing in you also since the day you 20heard of it and 21understood the grace of God in truth; 7just as you learned it from 22Epaphras, our 23beloved fellow bond-servant, who is a faithful servant of Christ on our behalf, 8and he also informed us of your 24love in the Spirit.
