2 Samuel 8:9-12
9Now when Toi king of 1Hamath heard that David had 2defeated all the army of Hadadezer, 10Toi sent 3Joram his son to King David to 4greet him and bless him, because he had fought against Hadadezer and 5defeated him; for Hadadezer 6had been at war with Toi. And 7Joram brought with him articles of silver, of gold and of bronze. 11King David also 8dedicated these to the Lord, with the silver and gold that he had dedicated from all the nations which he had subdued: 12from 9Aram and 10Moab and 11the sons of Ammon and 12the Philistines and 13Amalek, and from the spoil of Hadadezer, son of Rehob, king of Zobah.
