1 Kings 20:12-16

12When Ben-hadad heard this message, as 1he was drinking 2with the kings in the 3temporary shelters, he said to his servants, “Station yourselves.” So they stationed themselves against the city.

13Now behold, a prophet approached Ahab king of Israel and said, “Thus says the Lord, ‘Have you seen all this great multitude? Behold, 4I will deliver them into your hand today, and 5you shall know that I am the Lord.’” 14Ahab said, “By whom?” So he said, “Thus says the Lord, ‘By the young men of the rulers of the provinces.’” Then he said, “Who shall 6begin the battle?” And he 7answered, “You.” 15Then he mustered the young men of the rulers of the provinces, and there were 232; and after them he mustered all the people, even all the sons of Israel, 7,000.

16They went out at noon, while 8Ben-hadad was drinking himself drunk in the 9temporary shelters 10with the thirty-two kings who helped him.
