Zechariah 14:16-18

17And it shall be, that whoso of allH5927 the familiesH4940 of the earthH776 goeth notH3808 upH5927 unto JerusalemH3389 to worshipH7812 the KingH4428, the LORDH3068 of hostsH6635, uponH5921 them there shall be noH3808 rainH1653.
18And ifH518 the familyH4940 of EgyptH4714 goH935 notH3808 upH5927, and comeH935 notH3808, neitherH3808 shall it be uponH5921 them; there shall be the plagueH4046, wherewith the LORDH3068 will smiteH5062 the nationsH1471 that goH935 notH3808 upH5927 to keepH935 the feastH2282 of tabernacles.
