Zechariah 14

Revised Version 1895

1BeholdH2009, a dayH3117 of the LORDH3068 cometh, when thy spoilH7998 shall be dividedH2505 in the midstH7130 of thee. 2For I will gatherH622 allH3605 nationsH1471 againstH413 JerusalemH3389 to battleH4421; and the cityH5892 shall be takenH3920, and the housesH1004 rifled, and the womenH802 ravishedH7693: and halfH2677 of the cityH5892 shall goH3318 forthH3318 intoH413 captivity, and the residue of the peopleH5971 shall notH3808 be cutH3772 offH3772 from the cityH5892. 3Then shall the LORDH3068 goH3318 forthH3318, and fightH3898 againstH3898 thoseH1992 nationsH1471, as when he foughtH3898 in the dayH3117 of battleH7128. 4And his feetH7272 shall standH5975 in that dayH3117 uponH5921 the mountH2022 of OlivesH2132, whichH834 is beforeH6440 JerusalemH3389 on the eastH4217, and the mountH2022 of OlivesH2132 shall cleave in the midstH2677 thereof towardH5921 the eastH4217 and towardH5921 the westH3220, and there shall be a veryH3966 greatH1419 valleyH1516; and halfH2677 of the mountainH2022 shall removeH4185 towardH5921 the northH6828, and halfH2677 of it towardH5921 the southH5045. 5And ye shall fleeH5127 by the valleyH1516 of my mountainsH2022; for the valleyH1516 of the mountainsH2022 shall reachH5060 unto AzelH682: yeaH3588, ye shall fleeH5127, like as ye fledH5127 from beforeH6440 the earthquakeH7494 in the daysH3117 of UzziahH5818 kingH4428 of JudahH3063: and the LORDH3068 my GodH430 shall comeH935, and allH3605 the holyH6918 onesH6918 with thee. 6And it shall comeH1961 to passH1961 in that dayH3117, that the lightH216 shall notH3808 be with brightness and with gloom: 7but it shall be one dayH3117 whichH1931 is knownH3045 unto the LORDH3068; notH3808 dayH3117, and notH3808 nightH3915: but it shall comeH1961 to passH1961, that at eveningH6153 time there shall be lightH216. 8And it shall comeH1961 to passH1961 in that dayH3117, that livingH2416 watersH4325 shall goH3318 outH3318 from JerusalemH3389; halfH2677 of them towardH413 the easternH6931 seaH3220, and halfH2677 of them towardH413 the westernH314 seaH3220: in summerH7019 and in winterH2779 shall it be. 9And the LORDH3068 shall be kingH4428 over allH3605 the earthH776: in that dayH3117 shall the LORDH3068 be one, and his nameH8034 one. 10AllH3605 the landH776 shall be turnedH5437 as the ArabahH6160, from GebaH1387 to RimmonH7417 southH5045 of JerusalemH3389; and sheH5704 shall be lifted upH5704, and shall dwellH3427 in herH3605 placeH4725, from Benjamin’sH1144 gateH8179 unto the placeH4725 of the firstH7223 gateH8179, unto the corner gateH8179, and from the towerH4026 of HananelH2606 unto the king’sH4428 winepressesH3342. 11And men shall dwellH3427 therein, and there shall be noH3808 moreH5750 curse; but JerusalemH3389 shall dwellH3427 safelyH983. 12And this shall be the plagueH4046 wherewith the LORDH3068 will smiteH5062 allH3605 the peoplesH5971 that have warred againstH5921 JerusalemH3389: their fleshH1320 shall consume awayH4743 whileH1961 they standH5975 uponH5921 their feetH7272, and their eyesH5869 shall consume awayH4743 in their socketsH2356, and their tongueH3956 shall consume awayH4743 in their mouthH6310. 13And it shall comeH1961 to passH1961 in that dayH3117, that a greatH7227 tumultH4103 from the LORDH3068 shall be among them; and they shall layH1961 holdH2388 everyH376 one on the handH3027 of his neighbour, and his handH3027 shall riseH5927 upH5927 againstH5921 the handH3027 of his neighbour. 14And JudahH3063 also shall fightH3898 againstH3898 JerusalemH3389; and the wealthH2428 of allH3605 the nationsH1471 roundH5439 aboutH5439 shall be gatheredH622 togetherH622, goldH2091, and silverH3701, and apparel, in greatH3966 abundanceH7230. 15And soH3651 shall be the plagueH4046 of the horseH5483, of the muleH6505, of the camelH1581, and of the ass, and of allH3605 the beastsH929 that shall be in thoseH3605 campsH4264, as this plagueH4046. 16And it shall comeH935 to passH935, that everyH3605 one that is leftH3498 of allH3605 the nationsH1471 whichH1471 cameH935 againstH5921 JerusalemH3389 shall goH935 upH5927 from yearH8141 to yearH8141 to worshipH7812 the KingH4428, the LORDH3068 of hostsH6635, and to keepH935 the feastH2282 of tabernacles. 17And it shall be, that whoso of allH5927 the familiesH4940 of the earthH776 goeth notH3808 upH5927 unto JerusalemH3389 to worshipH7812 the KingH4428, the LORDH3068 of hostsH6635, uponH5921 them there shall be noH3808 rainH1653. 18And ifH518 the familyH4940 of EgyptH4714 goH935 notH3808 upH5927, and comeH935 notH3808, neitherH3808 shall it be uponH5921 them; there shall be the plagueH4046, wherewith the LORDH3068 will smiteH5062 the nationsH1471 that goH935 notH3808 upH5927 to keepH935 the feastH2282 of tabernacles. 19This shall be the punishment of EgyptH4714, and the punishment of allH3605 the nationsH1471 that goH5927 notH3808 upH5927 to keep the feastH2282 of tabernacles. 20In that dayH3117 shall there be uponH5921 the bellsH4698 of the horsesH5483, HOLYH6944 UNTO THE LORDH3068; and the potsH5518 in the LORD’SH3068 houseH1004 shall be like the bowlsH4219 beforeH6440 the altarH4196. 21Yea, everyH3605 potH5518 in JerusalemH3389 and in JudahH3063 shall be holyH6944 unto the LORDH3068 of hostsH6635: and allH3605 they that sacrificeH2076 shall comeH935 and takeH3947 of them, and seetheH1310 therein: and in that dayH3117 there shall be noH3808 moreH5750 a CanaaniteH3669 in the houseH1004 of the LORDH3068 of hostsH6635.
