Revised Literal Translation
Psalms 35:4-10
4Let them be confoundedH954 and put to shameH3637 that seekH1245 after my soulH5315: let them be turnedH5472 backH268 and brought to confusionH2659 that deviseH2803 my hurtH7451.
5Let them be as chaffH4671 beforeH6440 the windH7307: and let the angelH4397 of YhwhH3068 chaseH1760 them.
6Let their wayH1870 be darkH2822 and slipperyH2519: and let the angelH4397 of YhwhH3068 persecuteH7291 them.1
7For without causeH2600 have they hidH2934 for me their netH7568 in a pitH7845, which without causeH2600 they have diggedH2658 for my soulH5315.
8Let destructionH7722 comeH935 upon him at unawaresH3808H3045; and let his netH7568 that he hath hidH2934 catchH3920 himself: into that very destructionH7722 let him fallH5307.2
9And my soulH5315 shall be joyfulH1523 in YhwhH3068: it shall rejoiceH7797 in his salvationH3444.
10All my bonesH6106 shall sayH559, YhwhH3068, who is like unto thee, which deliverestH5337 the poorH6041 from him that is too strongH2389 for him, yea, the poorH6041 and the needyH34 from him that spoilethH1497 him?
