Context of Revelation 15:4
2I saw before me what seemed to be a glass sea mixed with fire. And on it stood all the people who had been victorious over the beast and his statue and the number representing his name. They were all holding harps that God had given them. 3And they were singing the song of Moses, the servant of God, and the song of the Lamb: “Great and marvelous are your works, O Lord God, the Almighty. Just and true are your ways, O King of the nations. Who will not fear you, Lord, and glorify your name? For you alone are holy. All nations will come and worship before you, for your righteous deeds have been revealed.” 5Then I looked and saw that the Temple in heaven, God’s Tabernacle, was thrown wide open. 6The seven angels who were holding the seven plagues came out of the Temple. They were clothed in spotless white linen with gold sashes across their chests.

- Adam Clarke Bible Commentary · v. 4Who shall not fear thee - That is, All should fear and worship this true God, because he is just and true and holy; and his saints should love and obey him, because he is their King; and they and all men should acknowledge his judgments, because they are made manifest.Read the comment
- Barnes’ Notes on the Bible · v. 4Who shall not fear thee, O Lord - Reverence and adore thee; for the word “fear,” in the Scriptures, is commonly used in this sense when applied to God. The sense here is, that the judgments about to be inflicted on the beast and his image should and would teach people to reverence and adore God. There is, perhaps, included here also the idea of awe, inasmuch as this would be the effect of punishment. And glorify thy name - Honor thee - the name being put…Read the comment
- Tyndale Open Study Notes · v. 4Who will not fear … and glorify Your name?: This rhetorical question (see Jeremiah 10:7) suggests that only a fool would fail to do so (see Revelation 14:7; 16:9; Psalms 14:1; 53:1). You alone are holy: See Revelation 16:5; Leviticus 11:44; 1 Peter 1:16. God's holiness is the reason for our worship and salvation. All nations will come and worship: Some will be forced to acknowledge God (compare Philippians 2:10–11), but all will recognize that God's deeds…Read the comment
