40But when the flameוְהַמַּשְׂאֵ֗תve.ha.mas.'EtH4864beganהֵחֵ֛לָּהhe.Che.lahH2490to arise upלַעֲל֥וֹתla.'a.LotH5927out of the cityהָעִ֖ירha.'IrH5892with a pillarעַמּ֣וּד'a.MudH5982of smokeעָשָׁ֑ן'a.ShanH6227,the BenjamitesH1145lookedוַיִּ֤פֶןvai.Yi.fenH6437behindאַחֲרָ֔יו'a.cha.RavH310them, and, behold, the flameכְלִיל־khe.lil-H3632of the cityהָעִ֖ירha.'IrH5892ascended upעָלָ֥ה'a.LahH5927to heavenהַשָּׁמָֽיְמָה׃ha.sha.Ma.ye.mahH8064.
