Context of Romans 5:3
1Therefore, having been made righteous by trusting, we have shalom with God through our Lord Yeshua the Messiah. 2Through Him we also have gained access by faith into this grace in which we stand and boast in the hope of God’s glory. And not only that, but we also boast in suffering—knowing that suffering produces perseverance; 4and perseverance, character; and character, hope. 5And hope does not disappoint, because God’s love has been poured into our hearts through the Ruach ha-Kodesh who was given to us.

But we glory - The word used here is the same that is in Romans 5:2, translated, “we rejoice” ́ kauchōmethaIt should have been so rendered here.
