Context of Colossians 4:9

7All my state shall Tychicus declare to you, who is a beloved brother, and a faithful minister and fellowservant in the Lord: 8Whom I have sent to you for the same purpose, that he may know your circumstances, and comfort your hearts; With Onesimus, a faithful and beloved brother, who is one of you. They shall make known to you all things which are done here. 10Aristarchus my fellowprisoner greeteth you, and Mark, sister’s son to Barnabas, (concerning whom ye received commandments: if he should come to you, receive him;) 11And Jesus, who is called Justus, who are of the circumcision. These only are my fellowworkers to the kingdom of God, who have been a comfort to me.

Circumstances of life make no difference in the spiritual relation among sincere Christians; they partake of the same privileges, and are entitled to the same regards. What amazing changes…Read the comment
