14Who rejoiceהַ֭שְּׂמֵחִיםHa.se.me.chimH8056to doלַעֲשׂ֥וֹתla.'a.SotH6213evilרָ֑עRa'H7451, anddelightיָ֝גִ֗ילוּya.Gi.luH1523in the frowardnessבְּֽתַהְפֻּכ֥וֹתbe.tah.pu.KhotH8419of the wickedרָֽע׃Ra'H7451;
