7And Jephthahיִפְתָּח֙yif.TachH3316saidוַיֹּ֤אמֶרvai.Yo.merH559unto the eldersלְזִקְנֵ֣יle.zik.NeiH2205of Gileadגִלְעָ֔דgil.'AdH1568,Did not ye hateשְׂנֵאתֶ֣םse.ne.TemH8130me, and expelוַתְּגָרְשׁ֖וּנִיva.te.ga.re.Shu.niH1644me out of my father’sאָבִ֑י'a.ViH1houseמִבֵּ֣יתmi.BeitH1004?and why are ye comeבָּאתֶ֤םba.TemH935unto me now when ye are in distressH6887?

8And the eldersזִקְנֵ֨יzik.NeiH2205of Gileadגִלְעָ֜דgil.'AdH1568saidוַיֹּאמְרוּ֩vai.yo.me.RuH559unto Jephthahיִפְתָּ֗חyif.TachH3316,Therefore we turn againשַׁ֣בְנוּShav.nuH7725to thee now, that thou mayest goוְהָלַכְתָּ֣ve.ha.lakh.TaH1980with us, and fightוְנִלְחַמְתָּ֖ve.nil.cham.TaH3898against the childrenבִּבְנֵ֣יbiv.NeiH1121of Ammonעַמּ֑וֹןa.MonH5983,and be our headלְרֹ֔אשׁle.RoshH7218over all the inhabitantsיֹשְׁבֵ֥יyo.she.VeiH3427of Gileadגִלְעָֽד׃gil.'AdH1568.

9And Jephthahיִפְתָּ֜חyif.TachH3316saidוַיֹּ֨אמֶרvai.Yo.merH559unto the eldersזִקְנֵ֣יzik.NeiH2205of Gileadגִלְעָ֗דgil.'AdH1568,If ye bring me home againמְשִׁיבִ֨יםme.shi.VimH7725to fightלְהִלָּחֵם֙le.hi.la.ChemH3898against the childrenבִּבְנֵ֣יbiv.NeiH1121of Ammonעַמּ֔וֹןa.MonH5983,and the Lordיְהוָ֛הYah.wehH3068deliverוְנָתַ֧ןve.na.TanH5414them beforeלְפָנָ֑יle.fa.NaiH6440me, shall I be your headלְרֹֽאשׁ׃le.RoshH7218?

10And the eldersזִקְנֵֽי־zik.nei-H2205of Gileadגִלְעָ֖דgil.'AdH1568saidוַיֹּאמְר֥וּvai.yo.me.RuH559unto Jephthahיִפְתָּ֑חyif.TachH3316,The Lordיְהוָ֗הYah.wehH3068be witnessשֹׁמֵ֙עַ֙sho.Me.a'H8085between us, if we doנַעֲשֶֽׂה׃na.'a.SehH6213not so according to thy wordsכִדְבָרְךָ֖khid.va.re.KhaH1697.
