Context of Luke 24:28

26Was it not necessary for Messiah to suffer these things and to enter into His glory?” 27Then beginning with Moses and all the Prophets, He explained to them the things written about Himself in all the Scriptures. They approached the village where they were going, and He acted as though He were going farther on. 29But they urged Him, saying, “Stay with us, for it is nearly evening and the day is already gone.” So He went in to stay with them. 30And it happened that when He was reclining at the table with them, He took the matzah , offered a bracha and, breaking it, gave it to them.
