Revised Version 1895
Ecclesiastes 8:9-13
9AllH3605 this have I seenH7200, and appliedH5414 my heartH3820 unto everyH3605 workH4639 that is doneH6213 underH8478 the sunH8121: there is a time whereinH834 one manH120 hath power over anotherH2088 to his hurt.
10And withal I sawH7200 the wickedH7563 buriedH6912, and they cameH935 to the grave; and they that had doneH6213 rightH3651 wentH1980 awayH1980 from the holyH6918 placeH4725, and were forgottenH7911 in the cityH5892: this also is vanityH1892.
11BecauseH5921 sentenceH6599 againstH5921 an evilH7451 workH4639 is notH369 executedH7451 speedilyH4120, therefore the heartH3820 of the sonsH1121 of menH120 is fullyH4390 setH4390 in them to doH6213 evilH7451.
12ThoughH3588 a sinnerH2398 doH6213 evilH7451 an hundredH3967 timesH6440, and prolongH748 his days, yet surelyH3588 I knowH3045 that it shall be wellH1571 with them that fearH3372 GodH430, whichH834 fearH3372 beforeH6440 him:
13but it shall notH3808 be wellH2896 with the wickedH7563, neitherH3808 shall he prolongH748 his daysH3117, whichH834 are as a shadowH6738; becauseH834 he feareth notH3808 beforeH6440 GodH430.
