Daniel 6:16-23

Then the kingH4430 commandedH560, and they brought Daniel, and cast him into the den of lions. NowH116 the kingH4430 spake and saidH560 unto Daniel, Thy God whomH1768 thou servest continually, he will deliver thee.

And a stone was broughtH858, and laid upon the mouth of the denH1358; and the kingH4430 sealed it with his own signet, and with the signet of his lords; that nothing might be changed concerning DanielH1841.

Then the kingH4430 wentH858 to his palace, and passed the night fasting: neitherH3809 were instruments of music broughtH858 before him: and his sleep fled from him.

Then the kingH4430 arose very early in the morning, and wentH236 in haste unto the den of lions.

And when he came near unto the denH1358 to Daniel, he cried with a lamentable voice: the kingH4430 spake and said to Daniel, O Daniel, servant of the living God, is thy God, whomH1768 thou servest continually, able to deliver thee from the lionsH744?

Then saidH560 DanielH1841 unto the kingH4430, O kingH4430, live for ever.

My God hath sent his angel, and hath shut the lions’ mouths, and they have not hurt me: forasmuch as before him innocency was found in me; and also before thee, O kingH4430, have I done no hurt.

Then was the kingH4430 exceeding glad, and commanded that they should take Daniel upH6925 outH5648 of the den. SoH1768 Daniel was taken upH6925 outH5648 of the den, and noH3809 manner of hurt was foundH7912 upon him, becauseH6903 he had trusted in his GodH426.
