Context of Luke 8:52
50But Jesus, hearing this, answered him, “Do not be afraid any longer; only believe and trust [in Me and have faith in My ability to do this], and she will be made well.” 51When He came to the house, He allowed no one to enter with Him, except Peter and John and James, and the girl’s father and mother. Now they were all weeping loudly and mourning for her; but He said, “Do not weep, for she is not dead, but is sleeping.” 53Then they began laughing scornfully at Him and ridiculing Him, knowing [without any doubt] that she was dead. 54But Jesus took hold of her hand and spoke, saying, “Child, arise!”

- Matthew Henry Concise Commentary · v. 41-56Verses 41-56 Let us not complain of a crowd, and a throng, and a hurry, as long as we are in the way of our duty, and doing good; but otherwise every wise man will keep himself out of it as much as he can. And many a poor soul is healed, and helped, and saved by Christ, that is hidden in a crowd, and nobody notices it. This woman came trembling, yet her faith saved her.
