Nehemiah 13:25-27
25And I contendedH7378 with them, and cursedH7043 them, and smoteH5221 certainH376 of them, and plucked offH5375 their hairH4803, and madeH5414 them swearH7650 by GodH430, saying, Ye shall notH518 giveH5414 your daughtersH1323 unto their sonsH1121, norH518 takeH5375 their daughtersH1323 for your sonsH1121, or for yourselves.
26DidH3808 notH3808 SolomonH8010 kingH4428 of IsraelH3478 sinH2398 by theseH428 things? yet among manyH7227 nationsH1471 was there noH3808 kingH4428 like him, and he was belovedH157 of his GodH430, and GodH430 madeH5414 him kingH4428 over allH3605 IsraelH3478: neverthelessH1571 evenH1571 him didH3808 strange womenH802 causeH5414 to sinH2398.
27Shall weH8085 then hearken unto youH3605 to doH6213 allH3605 this greatH1419 evilH7451, to trespass againstH3605 our GodH430 in marryingH3427 strange womenH802?
