Context of Psalms 104:15
13You pour down rain on the mountains from your home above the sky. You cause many fruits to grow on the earth. 14You give grass for farm animals to eat. You give crops for people to plant. In that way, people get food from the ground. They grow grapes for wine, which makes them happy. They grow olive trees for oil, which makes their faces shine. They grow grain for bread, which makes them strong. 16The Lord's own trees receive plenty of rain. They are the cedar trees that he planted in Lebanon. 17The birds make their nests there. Storks live there in the fir trees.

Commentaries on Psalms 104:15
- Adam Clarke Bible Commentary · v. 15And wine - Wine, in moderate quantity, has a wondrous tendency to revive and invigorate the human being. Ardent spirits exhilarate, but they exhaust the strength; and every dose leaves man the worse. Unadulterated wine, on the contrary, exhilarates and invigorates: it makes him cheerful, and provides for the continuance of that cheerfulness by strengthening the muscles, and bracing the nerves. This is its use. Those who continue drinking till wine…Read the comment

So DeWette renders it. The meaning is, that the earth is made to produce wine (or grapes which produce wine), and this exhilarates the heart, so that the effect is seen on the countenance, making it more bright…Read the comment
