Context of Psalms 19:6
4Yet their voice [in quiet evidence] has gone out through all the earth, Their words to the end of the world. In them and in the heavens He has made a tent for the sun, 5Which is as a bridegroom coming out of his chamber; It rejoices as a strong man to run his course. The sun’s rising is from one end of the heavens, And its circuit to the other end of them; And there is nothing hidden from its heat. 7The law of the Lord is perfect (flawless), restoring and refreshing the soul; The statutes of the Lord are reliable and trustworthy, making wise the simple. 8The precepts of the Lord are right, bringing joy to the heart; The commandment of the Lord is pure, enlightening the eyes.

- Tyndale Open Study Notes · v. 1-14God's wisdom is clearly shown in many places: It appears in the heavens (Psalm 19:1–4), in nature (Psalm 19:4–6), in his teachings (Psalm 19:7–11), and in the life of the psalmist (Psalm 19:12–14) Like Psalm 8, this hymn uses creation to lead people to reflect on God. It offers a calm moment after the intense prayers and victory songs in earlier psalms. The psalm begins with creation as a source of wisdom. It then moves to God’s word as the perfect source…Read the comment
