Tree of Life Version
Nehemiah 3:38
38So we rebuilt the wall, and the entire wall was joined together up to half its height, for the people had a heart to work.
Context of Nehemiah 3:38
36Hear, our God, for we are despised. Turn their insult back on their own head! Give them up as plunder in a land of captivity. 37Do not cover their guilt or blot out their sin from before You, for they have provoked You to anger before the builders. So we rebuilt the wall, and the entire wall was joined together up to half its height, for the people had a heart to work.
