Context of Isaiah 24:2
1See, the Lord is going to lay waste the earth and devastate it; he will ruin its face and scatter its inhabitants— it will be the same for priest as for people, for the master as for his servant, for the mistress as for her servant, for seller as for buyer, for borrower as for lender, for debtor as for creditor. 3The earth will be completely laid waste and totally plundered. The Lord has spoken this word. 4The earth dries up and withers, the world languishes and withers, the heavens languish with the earth.

- Barnes’ Notes on the Bible · v. 2As with the people, so with the priest - This does not mean in moral character, but in destiny. It does not mean that the character of the priest would have any influence on that of the people, or that because the one was corrupt the other would be; but it means that all would be involved in the same calamity, and there would be no favored class that would escape.
