Context of Ezekiel 48:11
9The allotment that you will set apart to Adonai will be 25,000 in length and 10,000 in width. 10The holy allotment will be apportioned for these—for the kohanim. Toward the north it will be 25,000 cubits and toward the west 10,000 in width, toward the east 10,000 in width and toward the south 25,000 in length. Adonai’s Sanctuary will be in the midst of it. The sanctified portion will be for the kohanim of the sons of Zadok, who kept My charge and did not go astray as the Levites went astray when Bnei-Yisrael went astray. 12It will be for them a portion set apart from the offering of the land, most holy, by the border of the Levites. 13Alongside the border of the kohanim, the Levites will have 25,000 in length and 10,000 in width. The entire length will be 25,000 and the width 10,000.

Commentaries on Ezekiel 48:11
- Tyndale Open Study Notes · v. 9-14The holy portion was not exactly in the center of the land. There were seven tribal strips to the north and five to the south. Although not centrally located, the spiritual center had moved significantly north from Jerusalem. The importance of the holy portion for the Lord's temple is emphasized by its detailed dimensions and composition, unlike the brief descriptions of the tribal areas. This special portion was dedicated to God and could never be sold…Read the comment
- Jamieson–Fausset–Brown Commentary · v. 1-351. Dan--The lands are divided into portions of ideal exactness, running alongside of each other, the whole breadth from west to east, standing in a common relation to the temple in the center: seven tribes' portions on the north, five in the smaller division in the south. The portions of the city, the temple, the prince, and the priesthood, are in the middle, not within the boundaries of any tribe, all alike having a common interest in them. Judah has the…Read the comment
