Context of Psalms 30:4
2O Lord my God, I cried to You for help, and You have healed me. 3O Lord, You have brought my life up from Sheol (the nether world, the place of the dead); You have kept me alive, so that I would not go down to the pit (grave). Sing to the Lord, O you His godly ones, And give thanks at the mention of His holy name. 5For His anger is but for a moment, His favor is for a lifetime. Weeping may endure for a night, But a shout of joy comes in the morning. 6As for me, in my prosperity I said, “I shall never be moved.”
