Context of Psalms 135:6
4For Adonai has chosen Jacob for Himself, Israel as His treasured possession. 5For I have known that Adonai is great, and that our Lord is above all gods. Whatever Adonai pleases, He does, in heaven and in earth, in the seas and in all deeps. 7He makes clouds rise from the ends of the earth. He makes lightning for the rain. He brings wind out of His storehouses. 8He struck down the firstborn of Egypt, both man and beast.
