Context of Psalms 113:6
4Adonai is high above all nations, His glory is above the heavens. 5Who is like Adonai our God, enthroned on high, who brings Himself down to look upon heaven and upon earth? 7He raises the poor from the dust, lifts up the needy out of the dunghill, 8to seat him with princes, with the princes of His people.
