Context of Psalms 102:28
26Long ago You founded the earth, the heavens are the work of Your hands. 27They will perish, but You will remain. All of them will wear out like a garment. Like clothing You change them, so they change. But You are the same, and Your years will never end. 29The children of Your servants will live. Their descendants will be established before You.”
