33The humble will see it and be glad. You who seek God, let your hearts revive. 34For Adonai hears the needy and does not despise His captive people. Let heaven and earth praise Him, the seas and everything moving in them. 36For God will save Zion, and rebuild the cities of Judah. Then they will dwell there and possess it. 37The children of His servants will inherit it and those who love His Name will dwell there.

- Matthew Henry Concise Commentary · v. 30-36Verses 30-36 The psalmist concludes the psalm with holy joy and praise, which he began with complaints of his grief. - Jamieson–Fausset–Brown Commentary · v. 34-3634-36. The call on the universe for praise is well sustained by the prediction of the perpetual and extended blessings which shall come upon the covenant-people of God.
