Context of Isaiah 60:13
11Your gates will be open continually. They will not be shut day or night, so that men may bring to you the wealth of the nations, with their kings led in procession. 12For the nation and the kingdom which will not serve you will perish— those nations will be utterly ruined. The glory of Lebanon will come to you —cypress, elm and pine together— to beautify the place of My Sanctuary. I will give to the place of My feet glory. 14The sons of those who afflicted you will come bowing to you, and all those who despised you will fall at the soles of your feet. They will call you the city of Adonai, Zion of the Holy One of Israel. 15Instead of deserted and hated, no one passing through, I will make you an eternal pride, joy from generation to generation.

- Adam Clarke Bible Commentary · v. 13And I will make the place of my feet glorious "And that I may glorify the place whereon I rest my feet" - The temple of Jerusalem was called the house of God, and the place of his rest or residence. The visible symbolical appearance of God, called by the Jews the schechinah, was in the most holy place, between the wings of the cherubim, above the ark.
