Joshua 5:10-15
10And the childrenH1121 of IsraelH3478 encampedH2583 in GilgalH1537, and keptH6213 the passoverH6453 on the fourteenthH702H6240 dayH3117 of the monthH2320 at eveningH6153 in the plainsH6160 of JerichoH3405. 11And they ateH398 of the old grainH5669 of the landH776 on the next dayH4283 after the passoverH6453, unleavened cakesH4682, and roastedH7033 grain in the sameH6106 dayH3117. 12And the mannaH4478 ceasedH7673 on the next dayH4283 after they had eatenH398 of the old grainH5669 of the landH776; neither had the childrenH1121 of IsraelH3478 mannaH4478 any more; but they ateH398 of the fruitH8393 of the landH776 of CanaanH3667 that yearH8141.
13And it came to pass, when JoshuaH3091 was by JerichoH3405, that he lifted upH5375 his eyesH5869 and lookedH7200, and, behold, there stoodH5975 a manH376 opposite him with his swordH2719 drawnH8025 in his handH3027: and JoshuaH3091 wentH3212 to him, and saidH559 to him, Art thou for us, or for our adversariesH6862? 14And he saidH559, Nay; but as captainH8269 of the hostH6635 of the LORDH3068 am I now comeH935. And JoshuaH3091 fellH5307 on his faceH6440 to the earthH776, and worshippedH7812, and saidH559 to him, What saithH1696 my lordH113 to his servantH5650?1 15And the captainH8269 of the LORD’SH3068 hostH6635 saidH559 to JoshuaH3091, LooseH5394 thy shoeH5275 from off thy footH7272; for the placeH4725 on which thou standestH5975 is holyH6944. And JoshuaH3091 didH6213 so.
