Numbers 18:21-29

21And, behold, I have givenH5414 the childrenH1121 of LeviH3878 all the tenthH4643 in IsraelH3478 for an inheritanceH5159, forH2500 their serviceH5656 which they serveH5647, even the serviceH5656 of the tabernacleH168 of the congregationH4150. 22Neither must the childrenH1121 of IsraelH3478 henceforthH5750 come nighH7126 the tabernacleH168 of the congregationH4150, lest they bearH5375 sinH2399, and dieH4191.1 23But the LevitesH3881 shall doH5647 the serviceH5656 of the tabernacleH168 of the congregationH4150, and they shall bearH5375 their iniquityH5771: it shall be a statuteH2708 for everH5769 throughout your generationsH1755, that amongH8432 the childrenH1121 of IsraelH3478 they haveH5157 no inheritanceH5159. 24But the tithesH4643 of the childrenH1121 of IsraelH3478, which they offerH7311 as an heave offeringH8641 unto YhwhH3068, I have givenH5414 to the LevitesH3881 to inheritH5159: therefore I have saidH559 unto them, AmongH8432 the childrenH1121 of IsraelH3478 they shall haveH5157 no inheritanceH5159.

25And YhwhH3068 spakeH1696 unto MosesH4872, sayingH559, 26Thus speakH1696 unto the LevitesH3881, and sayH559 unto them, When ye takeH3947 of the childrenH1121 of IsraelH3478 the tithesH4643 which I have givenH5414 you from them for your inheritanceH5159, then ye shall offerH7311 up an heave offeringH8641 of it for YhwhH3068, even a tenthH4643 part of the titheH4643. 27And this your heave offeringH8641 shall be reckonedH2803 unto you, as though it were the grainH1715 of the threshingfloorH1637, and as the fulnessH4395 of the winepressH3342. 28Thus ye also shall offerH7311 an heave offeringH8641 unto YhwhH3068 of all your tithesH4643, which ye receiveH3947 of the childrenH1121 of IsraelH3478; and ye shall giveH5414 thereof Yhwh'sH3068 heave offeringH8641 to AaronH175 the priestH3548. 29Out of all your giftsH4979 ye shall offerH7311 every heave offeringH8641 of YhwhH3068, of all the bestH2459 thereof, even the hallowed partH4720 thereof out of it.2
