13When he utterethH5414 his voiceH6963, there is a multitudeH1995 of watersH4325 in the heavensH8064, and he causeth the vapoursH5387 to ascendH5927 from the endsH7097 of the earthH776; he makethH6213 lightningsH1300 with rainH4306, and bringeth forthH3318 the windH7307 out of his treasuresH214.12
